An almond cake with Dracula’s teeth, due to the use of blood orange juice! Perfect for Halloween!

Baking Time: 60 minutes at 350° F (180° C)

For: a mold of approximately 11.8 inches long (30 cm)
For the dough
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180°).
2. In the mixer bowl, mix the mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla pod.
3. Stir in the eggs one after the other, stirring each time.
4. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and chopped almonds. Then add to the mass and mix.
5. Pour into the lined pan.
6. Bake for about 1 hour at 350° F (180°).
7. Remove from the oven, let cool, unmold, place on a rack.

For the blood orange jelly
Ingredients
9. Bring to a boil in a large saucepan, stirring, cook at high heat for about 4 minutes, skim if necessary, remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool.
10. Pour the jelly into a smooth pastry bag, fill the holes with jelly.
11. When you cut, you’ll see Dracula’s bloody teeth!
