This recipe is super easy to do, very practical when you welcome your friends! The taste of mozzarella, basil and lemon is just amazing!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 lemon, only the zest
- 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
- 2 tablespoons of basil
- salt-pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 355° F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix with your fingers the mozzarella and the zest of lemon. Let rest for 15 minutes.
3. In another bowl, mix the flour, the basil, the butter. Add the previous mixture and mix.
4. Add the water and mix until you get a dough.
5. Divide the dough 6 equal parts.
6. With a very small amount of flour, form long grissini. Put them on a baking tray.
7. Add salt and pepper above the grissini.
8. Bake for 15 minutes, until the grissini are golden.
