1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until you get a dough (make sure that the salt and the yeast are not in contact with each other, otherwise the dough will not rise). Cover with a clean kitchen towel. Place in a warm space and allow to rest until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
2. Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients, except the hazelnut oil (or melted butter).
3. Roll the dough in a rectangular shape.
4. Spread the hazelnut oil (or melted butter). Then, spread the filling.
5. Roll the brioche.
6. Cut pieces of it.
7. Place the pieces in a mold. Cover it and let it rise for about 1 hour.
8. Preheat the oven to 355° F.
9. Spread a yolk using a pastry brush. Then cook for about 30 minutes.
