Here is a recipe of a hazelnuts and dried apricots bread, which can be eaten alone, with sweetness or a good piece of cheese. Ideal in all circumstances!

Rest Time: 2 x 1 hour
Baking Time: 20 minutes at 425° F (220° C)

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour (240 g)
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup of dried apricots cut into small cubes (25 g)
- 1/4 cup of coarsely ground hazelnuts (25 g)
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of warm water (1.1 dl)
Instructions
1. In a food processor, mix all ingredients, making sure that yeast and salt do not touch each other.
2. Cover and allow to double (about 1 hour).
3. On a lightly floured work surface, form the bread.
4. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and allow to double again (about 45-60 minutes).
5. Preheat the oven to 425° F (220° C).
6. Bake for about 20 minutes.
