Who knew it was so easy to make homemade chips out of wonton dough? Sometimes when making wontons, there are a few unused pieces of dough left over, which dry quickly if they are not used right away. This recipe allows you not to throw away these dough sheets, but to turn them into homemade chips. Accompanied by a homemade hummus, here is a quick and nice meal!
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Baking Time: 5 minutes at 400°F (200°C)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the wonton wrappers in two or four (depending on the size of the chips you want). Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray them with olive oil on both sides, then sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 5 minutes (watch and remove from the oven as soon as the chips have a golden color, it goes very quickly!).
Meanwhile, prepare the hummus. Drain the chickpeas, then put them in the blender with all the other ingredients (the garlic cloves are optional, the dosage is at your discretion). If you find that the chickpea purée is a bit thick, you can add a little water to make it soft.
Serve together immediately or chill hummus until ready to serve.
