This classic pie from Europe is one of the most oldest pie in the world from 1653! Delicious with raspberry jam and a mixture composed of ground hazelnuts and cinnamon!

Ingredients
For the dough
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (140 g)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 stick + 1 tablespoon of butter, softened (125 g)
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (125 g)
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of ground hazelnuts (120 g)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of milk
For the filling
- 9 oz of raspberry jam (350 g)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven at 355° F (180° C).
2. In a medium bowl, mix the flour and the baking powder.
3. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, and also the flour-baking powder mixture until you get a dough.
4. Spread the 3/4 of the dough into the mold with a spatula.
5. Spread the raspberries jam.
6. With a rolling pin, spread the rest of the dough using flour. Then cut some stripes or use a cooking cutter.
7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
