Why doing this recipe? Because we love Maple Syrup and this pie is incredible!

Baking Time: 40 minutes at 390° F

For: a pie mold of 9 inches of diameter
Ingredients
For the dough
- 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/4 cup of water
For the filling
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup of Maple Syrup
Instructions
1. Prepare the dough: mix all the ingredients until you get a dough.
2. Take the 2/3 of the dough, set aside the 1/3 left. Roll the 2/3 and put it in the mold.
3. In a small pan, mix all the ingredients. Whisk well, then boil the mixture.
4. Set aside.
5. Spread the mixture above the dough.
6. Prepare stripes with the dough and put them directly above the pie.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the crust is golden.
8. Serve warm ou cold, as you wish !
