Serve pizza as an appetizer, yes, but in an original way, in the form of wheels! You can vary the pleasures and tastes by making different toppings and treat your guests!

For the dough

Combine all dough ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, making sure that the yeast and salt are not in direct contact. Mix until you have a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1-1.5 hours.
Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface. In order to vary the tastes, you can choose to separate the dough in two and make two different fillings.
Spread some tomato paste, then spread the diced ham, bell pepper strips, crumbled tuna, mozzarella and any other topping you like!
Roll the pizza as tightly as possible.
Cut slices about 0.4-0.8 inches (1.5-2 cm) wide.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
Serve as an appetizer or with a salad for a complete meal!
