The dessert of the summer! A fresh, gourmet and refined dessert that will please everyone! A creamy vanilla cream, on top of which are roasted peaches in maple syrup, themselves sprinkled with hazelnut streusel. What happiness!

Start by preparing the vanilla cream: In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients and whisk well to incorporate the cornstarch. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat as soon as the cream starts to bubble. Let cool and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Then prepare the streusel: mix the brown sugar, hazelnut powder, flour and salt with a mixer. Add the butter. Mix until you obtain a crumble. Crumble into pieces on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Cook for 30 minutes at 300°F (150°C).
For peaches in syrup: place peach slices in a frying pan. Cook over medium-high heat and sprinkle with maple syrup. Turn them over after 7-8 minutes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve in cups or bowls: place a little vanilla cream, the peaches on top and spread the streusel.
