Here is an original recipe for working with salmon. The fillets are baked in the oven, topped with a creamy chive sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup + 2 tbs heavy cream (2 dl)
- 1 bunch chives, snipped
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C).
Place fillets in a baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the cream with the salt and chives (reserve a few sprigs of chives for decoration), spread over the fish.
Cook for about 15 minutes.
Serve with rice, quinoa, couscous, etc. and garnish with chives.
