This meal comes directly from an Indian Chef who serves it with the famous Naan, that you can also find in this blog. The shrimps are cooked with spices, without being too spicy!

Ingredients
- 2 oz of shrimps (frozen or not)
- 2 onions
- 1 tomato
- 2 tablespoons of almonds in thin slices
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cilantro
Instructions
1. Chop the onions.
2. Put them in a wok or large pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and cook them slowly.
3. Then, add the garlic powder and the almonds. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Cut the tomato in small pieces and add it to the wok. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. In the meantime, fill a glass with water and put the turmeric, paprika, salt and cilantro in it. Shake with a spoon and add to the wok. Cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add the shrimps and cook for 10 minutes.
7. Serve with rice or Naan.
