Why doing this recipe? Because this cake comes from one of the greatest French Pastry Chef, Christophe Felder, and it’s amazing! Just be careful to have your ingredients at room temperature before beginning your recipe!

1. Preheat the oven to à 320° F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, salt, egg, sugar, and whipped cream.
3. In a small bowl, mix the flour and the baking powder. Then add it to the previous mixture and mix for a few seconds.
4. Divide the mixture in 2. In one of them, add the vanilla. In the other, add the cocoa.
5. Put one spoon of each mixture in the mold and continue until you put everything.
6. Use a spatula to level the mixture.

9. In a small pan, put the chocolate chips and the butter (medium heat).
10. Use a pastry brush and spread the chocolate over the cake. Let it solidify before eating it.
