Ingredients
For the sauce
- 3 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. almond purée
- ¼ tsp. salt
- a little pepper
For the salad
- 8.8 oz cucumbers, cut into thin slices (250 g)
- 5.3 oz g strawberries, cut lengthwise into pieces (150 g)
- 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 green salad
- ¼ bunch dill, shredded
- 4 tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
Instructions
Start by preparing the dressing: in the salad bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, water and almond purée, and season with salt and pepper.
Stir in cucumber and radish slices, strawberries, salad, dill and almonds.
Mix well and serve immediately.
