Stuffed bell peppers of different colors, with rice, ground meat and spices. A pure treat!

Ingredients
- 1 green onion
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1lb of ground meat (300 g)
- 1 cup of rice (200 g)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 4 big bell peppers
- 1 1/4 cup of beef broth, very hot (3 dl)
Instructions
1. Cook the rice.
2. Meanwhile, cut the onion into thin slices and parsley finely, mix both with the ground meat, oil, paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Cut a cap about 3 cm thick from the peppers. Empty the rest, wash. Place peppers in a gratin dish
.4. Add cooked rice to ground meat.
5. Stuff peppers and drizzle with broth.
6. Put the caps back.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes at 400° F (200° C).
