Ingredients
For the salad
- 1 avocado
- a bunch of radishes
- sesame seeds
- 1 lb of soy beans kernels (450 g)
- 14 oz of Soba noodles (400 g)
For the salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 1 piece of ginger, grated
Instructions
1. Cook the soba noodles.
2. Before the end of cooking, add the beans.
3. Meanwhile, wash and cut the radishes into thin strips.
4. Prepare the salad dressing in a salad bowl.
5. Pour the contents of the pan into a colander and rinse with cold water.
6. Pour into the bowl.
7. Add radishes and chopped avocado.
8. Garnish with sesame seeds.
