Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
- a handful of pine nuts
- 3 slices of ham
- 4 tablespoons of sour cream
Instructions
- Cut off the ends of the zucchini and wash them. Then cut them in half lengthwise.
- Blanch them for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain.
- Dig each half with a spoon and harvest the flesh, which is then crushed with a fork.
- Fry the flesh in a little olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the zucchini in a casserole dish.
6. Place 1 tablespoon of sour cream in each cavity.
7. Arrange the slices of ham on top.
8. Arrange the flesh over the ham. Spread grated cheese on top if desired for gratinating.
9. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven at 400°F (200°C).
10. Meanwhile, brown the pine nuts in a frying pan.
11. Place the pine nuts on top of the zucchini and serve immediately.
