A new Asian dish recipe, with beef, cooked in a delicious creamy peanut sauce. This dish is quick to make and doesn’t require many ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 pound of Flank or Skirt Steak, thinly sliced across the grain (450 g)
- 2-3 teaspoons of oil
- 4 green onions, chopped in small chunks
For the sauce
- 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter (64 g)
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons of water, to thin if needed
- 2 tablespoons of peanuts
Instructions
- Whisk together all sauce ingredients excluding peanuts. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until sauce is a smooth, pourable consistency.
- Add oil to large pan or skillet and heat over medium high heat until hot. Add beef strips and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring throughout to ensure even cooking.
- Add the green onions, and immediately 1/2 of the sauce. Stir and cook 1-2 minutes longer.
- Top with remaining sauce and serve immediately with pasta or rice. Sprinkle with peanuts.
