Ingredients
For the crêpe mixture
- 2 cups + 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of butter, melted
For the filling
- 1 tomato
- 1 bowl of mozzarella
For the cream mixture
- 7 oz of whipped cream
- 1/3 cup of shredded mozzarella
- parsley
- salt-pepper
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients of the crêpe mixture and let it rest for 2 hours.
2. Cook the crêpes.
3. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
4. Wash and cut the tomato in thin slices.
5. Cut the bowl of mozzarella in thin slices.
6. Grease a plate.
7. Put one slice of tomato and one slice of mozzarella in the center of each crêpe. Fold the edges.
8. Put them in the plate.
9. In a small bowl, put all the ingredients of the cream mixture and spread it above the crêpes.
9. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
