Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
- salt-pepper
Instructions
Wash and cut the bell pepper into strips. Cut the onion into strips.
Cook in a pan with a little olive oil. Let cool.
Meanwhile, mix the plain yogurt, salt and pepper and curry powder in a bowl. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
Stir in the shredded chicken.
Stir in the bell pepper and onion mixture once it has cooled. Mix well.
Spread on tortillas, then roll them up or on toasted bread slices.
