Tuna croquettes for an appetizer? As a light meal? These appetizers are super simple and super fast to make. The cooking is up to you, between the pan or the air-fryer!

Yield: approximately 15 croquettes
Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna (8 oz – 200 g)
- 7.5 oz of Philadelphia cream cheese (200 g)
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of panko
- chives or parsley (optional)
- additional panko
Instructions
Mix the tuna with the cream cheese in a bowl.
Add a little chives or parsley (if not, use cream cheese with herbs), panko and egg. Mix well.
Put about 5 tbsp of panko in a bowl. Form the tuna cream into balls and roll them in the panko.
Pan-frying: brown the croquettes in a pan with a little oil for 3-4 minutes, shaking from time to time.
Air-fryer: Preheat the air-fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook the croquettes for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Serve the croquettes with a green salad, for example, as a starter or light dish, or with ketchup or mayonnaise as an appetizer.
The result? Crunchy croquettes on the outside and soft on the inside! A pure delight!
