Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of dark chocolate (130 g)
- 1/3 cup + 4 tablespoons of butter (135 g)
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup + 1/3 cup of granulated sugar (180 g)
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour (70 g)
- 1 banana
- a few drops of lemon juice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Melt the chocolate, then add the butter.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy and white.
4. Add the chocolate-butter and mix.
5. Add the flour delicately, using a spatula.
6. Divide the batter among the muffin cups until 3/4 full.
7. Cut the banana into thin slices. Place 2-3 slices on each muffin.
8. Sprinkle some sugar over the bananas.
9. Drizzle each muffin with 1-2 drops of lemon juice.
10. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
