There are many soup recipes during the winter, just to warm up a little. This one is rather original with its vegetables, barley and Vienna sausages. A pure delight!

Ingredients
- 2 leeks
- 3 celery branches
- 2 carrots
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 cup of barley (100 g)
- 4 cups of beef broth (1 litre)
- 8 Vienna sausages
Instructions
1. Finely slice the leeks, dice the celery and carrots.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, sauté the vegetables for about 3 minutes, then add the barley and steam briefly.
3. Wet with the broth, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 45 minutes over a low heat.
4. Add the sliced Vienna sausages and heat briefly for 2-3 minutes.
