This bread is great for your sweet breakfasts or with your cheese! The mixture of honey, almonds and dried apricots is simply delicious!
Prep Time: approx. 10 minutes
Rest Time: 2 x 1 hour
Baking Time: approx. 40 minutes at 400° F (200°C)

Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour (400 g)
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 sachet of active-dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/3 cup of butter, softened (80 g)
- 1 1/2 cup of soft dried apricots, cut into small pieces (120 g)
- 1/2 cup of sliced almonds (60 g)
- 1 cup of warm milk (2.5 dl)
Instructions
- In the robot bowl, put all the ingredients (avoiding that salt and yeast are in direct contact) and stir until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Cover and let stand for 1 hour.
- Shape a loaf or rolls as you wish. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven at 400° F (200°C).
- Cut the bread on top and bake for about 40 minutes.
The trick: toast the almonds for even more flavour!
