Ingredients
For the chicken
- 1 chicken breast, cut in thin slices
- ½ teaspoon of curry
- ½ teaspoon of salt
For the sauce
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 4 tablespoons of water (50 ml)
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 2 pinches of salt
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce with a magic spoon.
Season the chicken with the curry and salt. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a non-stick pan and brown the chicken pieces for a few minutes on each side.
Add the honey-curry sauce and bring to the boil, then simmer for about 1 minute.
Serve with rice.
