This recipe comes from a great French pastry chef, Christophe Felder. These muffins are simply delicious et bring a natural Christmas flavor in your kitchen.

Baking Time: 25-30 minutes at 335° F

Yield: about 15 muffins
For the dough
For the glaze
1. Preheat the oven to 335° F.
2. In a small pan, boil the milk.
3. Retrieve from the heat and add the stars anise. Let infuse for about 10 minutes.
4. In a large bowl, mis the flour, the corn starch, the baking powder, the sugar, the cinnamon and the nutmeg.
5. Add the honey and the orange marmalade and mix.
6. Add the eggs, the butter and the salt. Mix.
7. Add the milk, without the stars anise, and mix.
8. Put the batter in the muffins molds.
9. Cook for about 25-30 minutes.
10. In a small pan, cook the apricot jam and the orange marmalade for a few minutes.
11. Once the muffins are cooled down, use a pastry brush and put the jam-marmalade mixture above each of them.
