Delicious and tender meatballs with a cranberry sauce is the dish I suggest for the holidays. The sauce coats the meatballs and gives them a sweet and sour taste, thanks to the addition of Hoisin sauce, ketchup, ginger and garlic, among other things.

For the meatballs
For the cranberry sauce
In a large bowl, combine all of the meatball ingredients, mix until well combined. Roll meat mixture into desired meatball size. Place meatballs onto 2 plates.
Whisk all of the cranberry sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat 2 pans with 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add the sauce and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Serve with pasta, rice, couscous, quinoa, whatever you may like!
