Cream Cheese Balls
Mix cream cheese and orange zest, salt, cover and chill for about 30 minutes.
Form 18 balls, place them on a plate covered with cling film, cover and set aside in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Coriander & Pistachios Topping
Mix the coriander, pistachios and pepper in a small bowl.
Roll 6 balls of cream cheese in it, pressing lightly, set aside again in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Cranberries & Paprika Topping
Mix cranberries and paprika in a small bowl.
Roll 6 balls of cream cheese in it, pressing lightly, set aside again in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Grilled Onions & Sesame Seeds Topping
Mix the sesame seeds with the grilled onions in a small bowl.
Roll 6 balls of cream cheese in it, pressing lightly, set aside again in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Tip: Cream cheese balls can be prepared about half a day in advance. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
