This pasta recipe is inspired by the famous Hawaiian pizza, usually topped with pineapple chunks, ham and tomato sauce.
Almost the same ingredients are used here, combined with pasta rather than pizza, but the exotic flavour is still there!

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Difficulty: easy

Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, diced
- 2 tbsp. cane sugar

Instructions
Bring a large volume of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Remove the skin from the pineapple and cut into chunks (you can also make life easier by using canned pineapple chunks).

Then add the tomato paste, water and stock. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the ham strips.
