Chef Jamie Oliver offers us this delicious salad with Asian influences, composed of raw vegetables, rice noodles and ground beef. The peanuts on top bring a crunchy side.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of peanuts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of ginger (1”)
- sesame oil
- 1/2 pound of ground beef (200 g)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of roasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of low-fat soy sauce
- juice of 1 lime
- 5 oz of rice noodles (150 g)
- 1 bell pepper
- 7 oz of mixed raw vegetables (lettuce, carrot, radish, spinach, etc.) (200 g)
Instructions
- Peel and mince the garlic and ginger. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in the pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and ginger, then the minced meat.
- Add the washed and thinly sliced bell pepper.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles as indicated on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, lime juice and roasted sesame oil.
- Divide salad between 2 bowls.
- Add the noodles and ground meat. Drizzle with sauce and mix well. Arrange peanuts on top.
