Ingredients
- 3 mangos, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 3 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- some cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Toss to evenly combine.
Taste and add additional salt or lime juice if necessary. For best flavor, chill salsa in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
Eat with salsa chips or an oven-baked salmon for instance.
