A great white bread recipe with sesame seeds, which makes it unique and delicious.
This bread can be eaten with sweet (jam, chocolate, etc.) as well as savory (cheese, cold cuts, etc.), it’s up to you what you like when you eat it!

In the bowl of a food processor, mix all the ingredients, avoiding direct contact with the yeast and salt, until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Gather the dough into a ball, cover and let rise for 2 hours.
Deflate the dough by pressing it with your fist.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Form 2 long rolls.
Twist them together, then roll them into a snail shape, making a large rolled loaf.
Place the bread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Brush with egg yolk if desired, then bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool on a rack.
