Fancy a salad? This one is original in every way, because of the presence of clementines, peppers, tofu and pumpkin seeds!

Start by preparing the tofu: in a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, oil, lemon juice, paprika and garlic powder. Add tofu and gently toss to coat well.
In a large non-stick skillet over high heat, brown tofu for 2 minutes on each side without adding oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Next, prepare the topping: in a small bowl, combine the oil and lemon juice.
Divide salad, clementines and bell pepper among plates. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper. Place tofu on top and garnish with shallots and pumpkin seeds.
