A soft lime cake made without butter or oil? A very interesting discovery that will delight many!

Baking Time: 60 minutes at 320°F (160°C)

For: a round mold of 7,8 inches (20 cm) in diameter
Ingredients
- 1 cup + 1/2 tabespoon of all-purpose flour (150 g)
- 1 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of milk (4,5 dl)
- juice of one lime and some grated zest
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar (130 g)
- 4 eggs
- a little powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C).
- In the bowl of a food processor, whisk together the 4 eggs and the sugar.
- Add the flour in small quantities, while continuing to mix.
- Zest the lime directly into the bowl. Add the lime juice. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the milk and mix again.
- Pour the preparation into a mold of 7,8 inches (20 cm) in diameter.
- Bake for about 60 minutes at 160°C.
- Unmold and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
