This recipe is super easy to do, crispy and delicious, particularly because of the rosemary.

Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 teaspoons of dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
Instructions
1. Peel and shred the potatoes.
2. Preheat the waffle iron.
3. Squeeze the shredded potatoes with a towel until they are dry as possible.
4. In a medium bowl, mix the potatoes, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
5. Spread this mixture on both sides of the waffle iron.
6. Cook for about 10 minutes.
