Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- half a pint of heavy cream
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients, except the heavy cream.
2. Whip the heavy cream.
3. Add the cream to the previous mixture, delicately.
4. Fill molds, cups or mugs.
5. Serve immediately or put the cups in the fridge.
6. For the decoration, put some meringues on top of the cream.
