Ingredients
For the citrus vinaigrette
- 1 orange, grated zest and 3 tablespoons of juice
- 1 citron, grated zest and 3 tablespoons of juice
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
For the salad
- 1/2 lb of short pasta (225 g)
- 1 1/2 cup of grated carrots (170 g)
- 1/2 cup of nuts, almonds, roasted hazelnuts, etc. (50 g)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil (0.6 dl)
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by mixing all ingredients in the salad bowl.
When the pasta is cooked, drain it and run it under cold water to cool.
In the salad bowl, add the pasta and the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Garnish with walnuts, hazelnuts, roasted almonds, as you wish.
