A refreshing sorbet for the summer? It’s easy to make using a few ingredients and your ice cream maker!

Ingredients
- 3 cups (about 1 1/2 cans) of unsweetened coconut milk (400 ml)
- 1 cup of brown sugar (170 g)
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice (125 ml)
Instructions
1. To a medium saucepan set over medium heat, add coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
2. Warm mixture, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves.
3. Transfer to a medium bowl, add lime juice and cool over an ice bath.
4. Transfer mixture to the ice cream maker. Chum according to the manufacturers’ instructions for sorbet.
