Ingredients
For the salad
- 3 fennels, cut in thin slices
- 2 nectarines, cut in thin slices
- 2 apricots, cut in thin slices
- 1 cup of mozzarella balls
- 2 tablespoons of basil
For the sauce
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt-pepper
Instructions
In a large salad bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce.
Add the nectarine slices, apricot slices, fresh fennel and mozzarella balls and sprinkle with basil.
Mix everything together and serve immediately! Easy right?
