A light recipe, full of flavors and colors, and healthy too!
The tofu is sublimated here thanks to the vegetables, the soy sauce and the sesame seeds. It’s as easy as pie!

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz tofu (100 g)
- 1 cabbage
- 1 shallot
- 1 green bell pepper (or 1/2 green and 1/2 red for more color)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- coriander
- roasted sesame seeds
- olive oil
Instructions
1. Cut tofu into small cubes.
2. Peel and slice garlic and shallot. Cut the peppers into strips and chop the cabbage.
3. Heat a wok with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the garlic and shallot, and the diced tofu. Stir-fry until tofu is lightly toasted.
4. Add the vegetables and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
5. At the end of cooking, add the soy sauce. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
6. Serve on plates, sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds and coriander.
