Are you looking for an aperitif for your festive season (or any other occasion for that matter)? This aperitif is made up of 3 parts: flavored breadcrumbs, marinated tofu and a delicious sauce. The idea is simple: roll cubes of tofu in flour, then egg, then flavored breadcrumbs. Then pan-fry them, dipping them in the delicious sauce.

For the flavoured breadcrumbs
For the marinated tofu
For the sauce
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the flavoured breadcrumbs.
In another bowl, beat eggs and soy sauce. Place flour on a plate and roll tofu cubes in flour. Shake off excess flour.
Place the tofu in the egg mixture and allow to soak in.
Coat tofu with flavoured breadcrumbs.
Place the cubes on a plate.
In a skillet, fry tofu cubes in sesame and olive oil over medium heat until golden. Remove to paper towels.
In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients.
Arrange the warm tofu bites on a plate and serve with the sauce. Use pretty picks or toothpicks for serving.
