You can make this recipe with different ground meats, whether it’s beef, pork or a mixture of the two, it’s up to you what you prefer!

Ingredients
- 1 rectangular sheet of puff pastry
For the filling
- 17.6 oz ground meat (beef, pork or beef and pork – 500 g)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine ground meat, onion, egg, parsley and salt. Mix well until you obtain a compact mass.
Unroll the puff pastry and mark it in the middle by folding it over itself in the width direction.
On one half, spread the filling, making sure to leave a border.
On the other half, make slits with a knife.
Brush the edge with egg yolk.
Fold half over the ground meat.
Brush with the remaining egg yolk.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
Serve with a green salad.
