A snacked salmon, which has been marinated in a mixture of garlic, ginger and soy sauce. A healthy, succulent and simple dish.

Prepare the marinade: peel the garlic and peel the ginger, then grate finely. Mix the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oil and raw sugar.
Cut the salmon into 4 pieces, brush with 4 tbsp. of marinade, cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Reserve the remaining marinade.
Cook rice or noodles according to package directions.
Cook the vegetables of your choice.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté the salmon for about 4 minutes on each side.
Arrange with the rice / noodles and vegetables, drizzle the salmon with the reserved marinade.
Tip: for a more intense taste, the salmon can be marinated for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
