Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 13 oz of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup of grated cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix the egg with the mustard and parsley using a whisk or a magic spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
On a floured work surface, roll out the puff pastry. Brush with egg-mustard mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese. Fold the dough on itself and press lightly. Cut out strips of about 0,40 inch (1 cm) wide.
Twist the strips several times and place them side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flutes are golden brown.
