A sweet and savory recipe ready in less than 25 minutes! Pieces of pork tenderloin are stir-fried in a wok with aniseed, ginger and garlic. Add a sauce made with pineapple juice, rice vinegar and hoisin sauce for an exotic touch. Serve with jasmine rice!

For the sauce
For the meat
Start by preparing the sauce: in a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
For the stir-fry: in a wok or large frying pan over high heat, brown the pork in the oil. Add the aniseed, ginger and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside on a plate.
In the same wok, bring the sauce to the boil and reduce until syrupy. Add vegetables and pineapple. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are al dente.
Return the meat to the wok and reheat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Adjust seasoning. Remove aniseed.
Serve pork stir-fry with jasmine rice, if desired.
