Ingredients
- 14 oz ladyfingers (400 g)
- 4 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 10.5 oz mascarpone (300 g)
- 1/2 cup espresso (130 ml)
- cocoa or chocolate powder
Instructions
Blend the ladyfingers.
Add all other ingredients (except cocoa/chocolate powder) and blend again for ten seconds.
Place the mixture in a bowl.
Roll balls of equal size between your hands.
Chill for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
Before serving, spread a little cocoa or chocolate powder in a bowl and roll the tiramisu balls in it, so that the entire surface is covered.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
