Here is a simple and easy Vietnamese recipe made with beef, pineapple, bell bell pepper and onion.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of beef, thinly sliced (450 g)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp of fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion, cut into pieces
- 1 large bell pepper, diced
- 1 can of pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
Instructions
Place beef slices, garlic, 1/2 tsp. fish sauce and pepper in a bowl. Mix with your fingers until the beef is well impregnated with the sauce. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a wok or large skillet. Cook beef until it changes color, 1 minute. Return to bowl.
Heat the remaining oil in the wok and sauté the onion and bell pepper for 1 minute. Add pineapple chunks and heat for 2 minutes.
Add remaining fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Cook for 2 minutes.
Return the beef to the pan, just to heat it up.
Serve with rice.
