Sometimes we look for other ways to eat pizza, whether it’s in the form of lollipops, snails, a sunny pizza or a pull-apart pizza.
This time, it is in the form of ravioli that the pizza is presented, as appetizers too cute not to be tasted immediately upon their release from the oven!

For the filling
Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, avoiding direct contact between the salt and the yeast, and mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
Cover and let stand for 1 hour.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface.
Cut out circles using a cookie cutter.
Place a little tomato sauce, a small cube of mozzarella, a few mini ham cubes or an olive in the center. Do not overload the circles, otherwise everything will come out during cooking.
Wet the edges with water and close the circles in half, like a ravioli.
Place “ravioli” on a lined baking sheet and let stand for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush egg yolk and a little dried basil on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400°F (200°C). Serve warm.
