A classic Asian dish, these spring rolls will be even better than the ones at the restaurant, because you’ll be making them yourself! Filled with ground pork and beans, they are a meal that can be served at any time.

Yield: 4 servings
Wash and remove the stems from the green beans, then cut them into 0.40 inch (1 cm) pieces.
Peel and chop garlic.
Wash the lettuce.
Soak vermicelli in a pot of boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a wok, heat sesame oil in a pan. Cook beans, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly. Add ground pork and sear for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix everything together and remove the wok from the heat.
Soak the rice paper sheets in a large bowl of water. Once they are soft, place them on a plate and garnish with lettuce and a little vermicelli.
Then add some pork + beans.
Roll up tightly and arrange on a plate or serving dish.
Serve with soy sauce mixed with a few drops of roasted sesame oil.
