Stuffed tomatoes are usually a hot dish made with delicious tomatoes and a crunchy filling. Here, I propose a raw and cold version. The tomatoes are stuffed with a tuna mousse and hard-boiled eggs. A quick meal!

Ingredients
- 8 medium-sized tomatoes
- 7.5 oz Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese (212 g)
- 1 tuna can
- 2 hard-boiled egg
- salt, pepper
Instructions
Wash the tomatoes and remove the cap, then empty them.
In a bowl, mix the tuna with the cream cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Cut one hard-boiled egg into small pieces and add to the mixture.
Top tomatoes with tuna mousse. Cut the second hard-boiled egg into larger pieces and arrange on top of the tuna mousse.
Serve with a salad for example.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
