This apple pie consists of a crispy home-made dough, covered with a delicious apple-cinnamon crumble and a layer of tasty streusel.

For the dough: In the food processor bowl, mix all the dough ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and place it in the lined pie mold.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the crumble: In a bowl, mix all ingredients until granular.
Prepare the apples: In a large bowl, place the apple slices and drizzle with the melted butter and lemon juice. Add the sugar, 3 tbsp. flour and cinnamon. Coat the apple slices well.
Spread the apple slices over the dough.
Spread the crumble.
Bake for 50-55 minutes.
Serve the pie warm or cold, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you want!
